What is Blended Connectivity?
There are several ways to create connectivity redundancy. “Failover” solutions switch to a backup if the primary network fails, but only use one connection at a time. “Load balancing” solutions distribute network traffic evenly, but terminate the session if a connection fails. Both result in downtime and poor bandwidth. IMPCT taps cell and sat channels at the same time, aggregating bandwidth and optimizing the connection automatically, many times per second.
